rovers camp

it's time i update. but i'm sleepy now leh. i'm lazy to update also. but i'll still do it when alot of things are still fresh.

(random: my mouse is damn irritating. it keeps double clicking on itself and has caused me alot of trouble. stupid mouse)

rovers camp: 15-19 june 08

went there late cos i went to remove my stitches in the morning. anway, afternoon got amazing race which isnt really amzing. just play around only. ooh went ikea for lunch! yummy. went ecp to sleep. and ecp only have showers open to the public's eyes. yuck. guys can see too if they peep.
den kayak the next day. at pasir ris. put sufficient sunblock on my face and arms. but still got burnt on my thighs. inner thighs. forgot to put sunblock there.

den third day trek pulau ubin. okay nice walking here and there. i like walking.

damn. i got sandfly bites. and i mistook them as mosquito bite. so dumb. i dont know where i got them either. insects are pest. my enemies. and qet sucked big time. the topic was on biotech. shit. biotech is one of the first questions that i strike out the moment i read my essay questions. actually, i can strike out all twelve questions the first time i scan through them. haha. but biotech, sigh i really dont know anything. i dont even know what are the products under biotech lah.

my group for rovers camp is sun wu kong. and we're always the last group cos we're the S in the ROVERS. anyway, i think sun wu kong is not very enthu in games. we dont cheer, we dont participate damn enthu-ly despite all that, i think the group is alright leh. still quite together. hmm but i didnt bond very well with the group. just acquitances? haha but it's alright.

the highlight for this camp is actually night cycling and kayaking. it's my first time night cycling. quite scary okay! the roads in ecp are okay. but to cycle in streets is like scary! i scared being knock down by cars. and we went to geylangs. where there are alot of prostitutes and chee ko peh. my parents dont even drive past those little streets and yet we cycle through those streets. it's scary really. and i scared i'll fall when i was cycling on the streets cos the roads are not even, unlike the ones in ecp. alas. we cycled to eat tau hway (i forgot the name momentarily) which i never liked in my entire life. say NO to any bean products! so i didnt eat anything despite cycling there. wanted ice milo but they dont have!! wa seh!

i kayaked with jiening. it was fun! during the camp we dont really get to have much time to be with friends. cos everyone's with there respective group. i'm glad i've jiening for kayak though alot of ppl they're damn puzzled why we wanna partner with girls. anyway, we are quite good okay we didnt have arm ache after the entire kayaking thing. i rather partner with a weak but good girlfriend den partner with a strong guy acquitance. it makes the entire kayaking trip worth it.

went off early. after the campfire on the last night, before revelation. haha i think it's good to leave before that. it must be weird to see your sp face to face. oh and my cousin, who went to ntu biz camp, said that his sp is not bad looking. hahahaa when he says not bad, must be quite pretty. who will actually admit that his sp is pretty!

ppl in geog camp are organising a dinner at tampines for chilli crab. but i dont think i'll go eat chilli crab. too lazy to crack the crab's shell to eat it. ordering smth else. and sihui said that she's bringing choc cake for me! hahaha she baked it herself! i'm excited. yay choc cake!
